Professional Well-Being

I frequently present to various professional disciplines, such as medicine, psychology, law, and business to help them learn to attend to their own well-being more effectively. I will help the audience:

  • Identify common consequences of not paying attention to their own well-being within their identified profession

  • Understand how these consequences impact individuals in these professions professionally and personally

  • Recognize ways in which they can institute personal and institutional change

  • Learn practical strategies to manage their own well-being more effectively

  • Identify resources for further learning and possible mental health treatment within their community
