Over and over we hear about "time management." Although it has some merit, I've never been a huge fan of that concept, as I've felt it was a bit superficial. So if we just learn how to manage our time better that will make our lives better? Maybe but not necessarily.
We often get defensive when people give us feedback about our blind spot, largely because we don't see it. Yet, if we take that feedback and get curious about it, we will learn something about ourselves or our relationships.
