I specialize in working with college student-athletes and also work with athletes across various competitive levels (recreational to collegiate, National/Olympic team members, professional) throughout over 20 individual and team sports. I have extensive experience with basketball and endurance sports (running, triathlon, cycling) and use evidence-based sport psychology and mental health approaches.
